These terms cover use of the WaggyTag website and the hosted pet identification service. The physical tag is a passive NFC product. It is not a GPS tracker and it does not guarantee that a lost pet will be found.

The chip stores a website address only. Changing your details does not require the chip to be rewritten.

You are responsible for the contact details you choose to publish. Do not put information on the public page that you would not want a stranger to see.

Website purchases are £9.99 for the first year, including one tag, then £5.99 each year. Postage is separate. The subscription terms explain renewal and cancellation.

Before launch, add the registered address, company number and contact email in the server configuration. Those details are intentionally not invented here.
