Cancellation information

You can cancel the annual membership from your WaggyTag account, or by contacting us. If a PayPal agreement exists, we also cancel that agreement. You will not be charged again after a successful cancellation, and you keep access until the period you have paid for ends.

If you bought the tag on Etsy or eBay, there is no WaggyTag recurring payment to cancel. Any marketplace cancellation is handled under that marketplace's own rules.

The first purchase includes a physical tag and a digital service. If you cancel shortly after buying, contact us. A postal returns address has not been published yet and must be added before launch. Do not send a tag anywhere until that address is shown here.

Cancelling does not delete the public page immediately. You can delete your account, or switch off the expired-page contact details, from your privacy settings.

Before launch, add the registered address, company number and contact email in the server configuration. Those details are intentionally not invented here.
